Upon completion of this course, the participant will have had theoretical exposure to the following:

• Review the latest changes to the Caterpillar websites
• Review and identify new engine systems
• Discuss the operation of the new systems
• Interpretation and diagnosis of datalogs
• Understand how to troubleshoot the various systems
• Demonstrate proper use of ET for setup and diagnostic code analysis
• Complete the online Heavy- Duty Service Technician Certification modules
• Complete the EPA ’07 (2010) assessment

Successful completion of online examinations with passing grades of 80% for the TER portion and 85% for the EPA ‘07 assessment are required.
